TENSES

Tenses merupakan bentuk-bentuk waktu dalam bahasa Inggris. Tenses digunakan untuk menyatakan kapan suatu peristiwa atau kejadian berlangsung. Adapun tenses adalah suatu gambaran atau penjelasan, kapan suatu peristiwa, kejadian, pernyataan, berita dan tindakan terjadi di dalam kalimat yang sesuai dengan keadaan, antara lain: sekarang, lampau ataupun yang akan datang. Secara sederhana, tenses berarti bentuk kata kerja yang menunjukkan waktu, baik itu dari suatu tindakan, kegiatan ataupun tingkat keparipurnaan.

Kegunaan dari tenses:

1. Menunjukan apakah suatu peristiwa itu terjadi pada waktu sekarang (present), lampau(past), atau masa yang aan datang (future)
2. Menunjukan apakahsuatu peristiwa itu dalam keadaan sempurna (complete) atau tidak sempurna (uncomplete)
3. Menunjukan apakah suatu peristiwa itu mengalami kemajuan(progress)

 SIMPLE PAST

1. She sold a doll in supermarket
2. I visited my uncel's home
3. He washed windows
4. They play playstation yesterday
5. My daughter drank tea
6. We watch music video
7. My mother clean my bedroom
8. We sang a song
9. The neighbour went to school
10. My sister ate a bread

SIMPLE PRESENT

1. She is sell a doll in supermarket
2. I am visit my uncle's home
3. He is wash windows
4. They are play playstation
5. My daughter is drink tea
6. We are watch music video
7. My mother is clean my bedroom
8. We are sing a song
9. The neighbour is go to school
10. My sister is eat a bread

SIMPLE FUTURE

1. She will sell a doll in supermarket

PAST COUNTINOUS
